Venue

The Great Room at The Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane – “overlooking Hyde Park, the Grosvenor House, a JW Marriott Hotel, is a name synonymous with London luxury.”

Format and Dress Code

The HQR Ball is intended to be a partner’s event. As table hosts, you are encouraged to invite other industry representatives and their partners to enjoy an all-inclusive evening. The dress code is black tie and evening dress for ladies.

Evening Timings

6.30pm – Arrival for sparkling wine reception
7.15pm – Call to dinner
7.30pm – Welcome speech and entertainment
8.00pm – Dinner is served
9.20pm – Charity raffle and auction
10.00pm – Live band
12.00am – DJ
1.00am – Carriages

Tables for Purchase

Tables of 10 are available for purchase – upon receipt of a completed booking form and payment, your table will be secured. You are most welcome to purchase more than one table or to share your table purchase in collaboration with an HQR sector partner.

Photography

Photographers have been booked to capture the celebrations and photographs will be available for viewing/download after the event, with compliments

If you wish to stay

A number of ‘special rate’ rooms at the venue have been agreed. These will be offered to all attendees should any wish to stay, on a first come first served basis.

Band

There will be a live band and pre-dinner/table entertainment included within your table cost.

Compère

Our compère and auction host for 2018 is confirmed once again as Jonny Gould. Jonny has over 10 years of live event presenting under his belt with over £25m raised for charity in this time, and of course helping us to raise over £100,000 at last year’s Ball, he is currently one of the most successful comperes and auctioneers on the circuit.
