Venue & Timings

The Great Room at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane – “overlooking Hyde Park, the Grosvenor House, a JW Marriott Hotel, is a name synonymous with London luxury”.

All running times are approximate and subject to change, but the evening commencement and finish times are as noted.

6.30pm – guest arrival, sparkling wine reception

7.00pm – call to dinner

7.15pm – welcome & entertainment

8.00pm – dinner is served

10.30pm – live band commencement

1.00am – end of all-inclusive drinks package and bar close

1.30am – carriages

Tables for Purchase

Tables of 10 are available for purchase, on a first come, first allocated basis.  Upon receipt of a completed booking form and payment, your table(s) will be secured.  You are most welcome and encouraged to purchase more than one table and the earlier you book your table, the better position will be allocated.  Consideration will also be given to those companies who offer additional support by way of sponsorship of the event.

Dress Code

As table hosts, you are encouraged to invite your colleagues and fellow industry representatives to enjoy an evening of celebration and connection. The dress code is black tie for gentlemen and evening dress for ladies. If you choose to, partners and significant others are very welcome to attend; however, they must be included within your table allocation of 10 guests.

Photography

All guests are welcome to take pictures and share them on personal and corporate social media channels.  Please ensure to #HQRLondon when doing so.

Professional photographers have been booked to capture the celebrations throughout the evening and all photographs will be available to table hosts and their guests for viewing/download via weblink soon after the event with HQR London’s compliments.
